Stay Tuned for the registration window to open : coming in August for the Early winter Wrestling Season.

We will practice Monday/ Wednesday and select Fridays in the Ponte Vedra Wrestling Room

Youth Wrestling will run 2 seasons this winter and a spring tournament season.

The First Season will run mid-October to mid December. : We will focus on fundamentals/ conditioning and getting in some local competition.

The second Season will run first week in January - Early March This season will still focus on technique, but will be geared toward competitions.

Tournament season march - early summer will be dedicated to wrestlers who want to qualify and compete at the state and national level.

We are looking for volunteer coaches, parents to help with fundraising, social committee and scheduling .
